- So I don't use my arcade a whole lot and the BitPixel isn't always turned on, but a few months back it stopped turning on. I have mine plugged into a switch plug so I can manually turn it on and off with ease. I've tried different plugs, I've opened up the back of the arcade to see if anything seemed out of place, the light on the power box lights up green. Nothing shows up on screen it's just always off now.
- Before, when it was working, I haven't opened the arcade and I havent moved or done anything different, it just does not seem to work anymore. What can I do for this now?

i'd first give this a shot https://pixelcade.org/reset-firmware/
then if no luck, open it up and see if there is a red indicator light on the back of the PCB board

Ok just tried both, nothing seemed to do anything different. When I took the back wood piece off, I wasn't sure where I was supposed to look for a light though, I don't see anything that looks like it would light up.

you'll see where the indicator light should be here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkfi59Ey5s8. If no indicator light and you've verified your 12V power supply is good, then it would appear the board is dead

- Ok thank you, that video helped a lot, I was looking at the whole main light up board, I didn't realize that was board board part so to say lol
- I don't think I have any lights in that area but I will check again just to make sure, when I get a chance
