Just got my Pixelcade installed - Windows 10 using Launchbox LED with a Recroom Masters cab. Everything is functioning and all appropriate images are loading for my games.
My question - each time I switch games within Launchbox/Bigbox, it takes 20-30 seconds for the image to load. Is this normal? Is there any way to speed this up? I was assuming the first load for each image might have a caching time, but it seems to happen every time I leave and come back to the same image.
I can live with it - if it's normal - but wanted to make sure I'm not missing something.
should not be that long, there is a one time decoding for animations that will cause a first time delay but for still image logo's , should not be, what version of Pixelcade are you running?

also one more thing to check, go into Pixelcade settings and make sure LCD is set to no, that would slow things down a bit if it's set to Yes and there is no PixelcadeLCD
@alinke2000 This was it! Very odd though. I went into setup - and LCD Marquee was set to Yes - and my options were Yes, and Yes (see screen capture). I then opened the setup.ini - and sure enough - I only have "Yes" options (see second screen capture). I modified the Setup.ini to LCDMarquee=no - and changed the first LCDMarquee_OPTION=no. It now works great! Not sure why the setup only gave me "Yes" options though.
