Mamesaver Setup - Possible?

My cabinet doubles as a workstation & launchbox arcade cab.  I have Pixelcade setup with Launchbox.  I also run Mamesaver ( http://mika76.github.io/mamesaver/) which is setup to run mame as a screensaver, so that even when I don't have Launchbox/Bigbox running, it still appears to be an arcade machine when the screensaver is activated. 

I'd love to have Pixelcade sync up with Mamesaver/Mame when the screensaver is running.  Anyone try this or have any ideas how to get this to work?
