Is the marquee supposed to show the games as you scroll in emulation station (dynamically). If not is there a way that I can make it do that. I would’ve switched over to Batocera by now but I really enjoy my theme which I’ve customized a little bit.

yes it does with the latest here https://pixelcade.org/retropiev2/

when you run the installer from there, it should prompt you to upgrade your RetroPie version which then adds the new version that support dynamic scrolling with pixelcade

@pixelcade-admin I still can’t get it to scroll. I’m using a brand new clean image I just pulled it off of the retro pie website last week. When I run the update during the install it says it’s up-to-date. I only have a handful of roms on it right now just till I get it figured out. It doesn’t scroll for games or for roms sets. The only time the game pops up is once you pick the game after it displays the now playing but then it’s stuck on that game marquee until you choose your next game.

the retropie image doesn't actually have the latest (at least last time I tried a few months ago). You have to run the retro pie updater and then that'll get the version that supports dynamic scrolling. It could be my script is out of date now so what I would do is first make sure you're using this version https://pixelcade.org/retropiev2/ of the installer and then manually go into the RetroPie menu and do a manual RetroPie update
