Hi,
Not sure what happened, but after I installed Pixelcade 2.9.5 all the animations have been going 3x faster. Any way I can adjust the animation speed?

gotcha, i'm not really sure what is happening there but you can try this. In the pixelcade/mame folder, you'll see a folder called /decoded. Go ahead and delete that folder, that will force the one time decoding process, see if that helps.

This was indeed a bug and should now be fixed in the release 3.4.6, go ahead and download the latest and let me know if that solves it, thanks.
