I have powered the PixelLED off from power adapter and from the connection on the back of the device. It powered on after a few tries, but then goes back off after a minute or so. I cannot always get it to power on after removing all power. I have seen it power on and display the Legends Ultimate logo on twice, within the last two hours. I am wondering. if I got a bad device, it should not power powering off like that, Ive tried different power outlets, same result

is their a light on the back of the bitpixel board? if not, then something is not right there, you'll need to put in a ticket with AtGames

@pixelcade-admin I checked to make sure that the switch on the back was not turned the left (which turns a red light on the back of the bitpixel, when I switched it to the right position in the troubleshooting guide, the red light turns off. It was already in the correct position when I installed it. Something I noticed after I just left everything unplugged is that the green light on the power adapter is not solid green like it was when I installed it, its not blinking every - seconds. I think that it maybe the culprit, I'm glad I bought it through Amazon, I just hope they dont have a bad batch of boards, when I get a replacement.

it's possible the power supply went bad, the BitPixel power supply is 12V for reference (vs. Pixelcade boards which use a 5V, 10A power supply) . If not already , you may try resetting the firmware on the board also https://pixelcade.org/reset-firmware/ but that of course will not help if the power supply is bad
